Terms of Service

1. The service

Edgion Shield provides self-hosted internet infrastructure and security tooling. Published plans define capacity, retention, and operational limits. Protection capabilities may be adjusted only for platform safety, abuse prevention, lawful requirements, or as described in the active catalogue.

2. Your account and infrastructure

You must provide accurate account information, protect credentials, and verify control of every domain before provisioning it. You are responsible for the origins, content, traffic, users, DNS changes, and infrastructure connected to your account.

3. Public aggregate

The public telemetry surface is a delayed global aggregate subject to legal enablement and privacy thresholds. It is informational, may be stale, suppressed, or unavailable, and must not be treated as a complete incident feed, service-level measurement, or attribution system.

4. Optional AI features

AI analysis can be incomplete or incorrect and does not replace accountable operator judgment. Observe does not change policy. Recommendations require an authorized decision. Autopilot is disabled by default and can operate only under an active delegation that identifies scope, supported actions, limits, working window, daily cap, and expiry.

Automated actions are limited to temporary protection-raising overlays supported by Edgion. They do not grant the provider or model authority to change base policy or perform arbitrary commands. Owners and administrators are responsible for reviewing delegation scope, revoking authority when no longer appropriate, and responding to audit and rollback events.

5. Paid subscriptions

A paid plan renews through the configured payment provider until cancelled. The checkout flow shows price, currency, and billing interval before approval. A provider approval alone does not activate service until payment is confirmed. A free grant or 100% promotion cannot begin paid billing without explicit payment approval.

6. Changes, cancellation, and safety

Capacity increases may apply immediately. Reductions follow the safety periods shown in the product and do not automatically delete resources. Edgion may block a dangerous action, compromised credential, open relay, open proxy, abusive stream, or security threat. When practical, non-emergency restrictions receive notice and a safe transition period.

7. Availability and liability

Internet, security, and AI systems cannot prevent every outage, attack, or incorrect conclusion. Edgion Shield is provided with reasonable care, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

8. Changes and contact

Material changes will be published with an updated effective date and, where they affect an active paid subscription or new processing purpose, presented through the relevant account or consent flow. Use the support address shown in your account for questions.
